AI is the next big thing, that is already living among us.
Big tech companies are innovating continuously to bring AI to masses in all of their products. OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT releases its GPT-4 model a long time back.
But only few people know how much powerful it is. Not to mention, it is the largest language model system OpenAI has developed so far.
GPT-4 is multimodal, meaning it can interpret not only text but image inputs as well. Apart from that, it performs well in reasoning tests and supports about 26 different languages.
Well, this is all butter to our tech savvy ears, there is one big catch.
ChatGPT 4 is not available to free users. You have to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus to try out GPT-4.

Use Microsoft Bing Chat
Before you say, Google is way smarter and easier compared to Bing, hold your thought.
For starters, Microsoft Bing still lags behind Google in the Online Search Marketshare. But the partnership with OpenAI has completely changed the path and usage of Bing, at least from an AI perspective.
With the release of the GPT-4 model, Microsoft came forward and announced that its Bing AI is already running on the GPT-4 model. In fact, Bing AI has some additional features that ChatGPT 4 does not have by default.
Bing AI also boasts features like live answers from the internet, generate images with a simple prompt, and get citations for information.
- Go to https://www.bing.com/new and select “Try Copilot now”.
- Now, switch to the “More Creative” mode and ask your questions. This mode uses the GPT-4 model.
- You can also install the Bing app (Android / iOS) on your smartphone and enable the “GPT-4” toggle. Now, you can start talking to GPT-4 without any limitations.
- You can also upload images to Bing to use GPT-4’s multimodal capability.
Use Perplexity AI
Perplexity AI is a recent contender that is competing with Google to gain the Search Engine market share.
Launched in 2022, Perplexity generates answers using the sources from the web and cites links within the text response. Perplexity works on freemium model.
It is an AI-powered search engine that combines its database with the Internet to provide a seamless experience. However, what makes it different is that it has a new Co-Pilot feature that uses GPT-4 to give enhanced search results and better information.
- Click on the “Sign up” button to quickly make an account.
- After sign up, you will be taken to the landing/main page.
- Select “Copilot” option in the search bar to enable the “GPT-4” model. Free users can ask 5 questions every four hours.
- Now, type out your query or click on any of the pre-filled options and press enter.
